Walled Garden

I love it at the Walled Garden in Stanmer Park in the South Downs National Park. Such a beautiful hidden spot, which never seems to be busy so is perfect for taking family photos. The last thing you want in the back of your photos is other people, so to have such a delightful selection of paths and walkways and different flowers through all the seasons in the walled garden is a fantastic addition to the photos. So well maintained by the staff the selection of plants bring the photos to life. It is really important to think about what feel you are trying to create in your photos when selecting your location.

Lot’s of families are after a statement photo that they can put on their wall at home so making sure the background is right is very important. I always suggest that my clients choose a spot that is important to them, or somewhere that they go alot. Or if there is nowhere that they can think of I have a selection of my favourite places that make excellent locations that I can always recommend.
